1993 Conceptual design of a „Management Decision Support Tool“ in form of a knowledge and experience based database / software for the reproduction and simulation of development projects under the aspects of Concurrent / Simultaneous Engineering.
1994 – 1997 Project Engineer at Robert Bosch in Mexico in the business division “Alternator application” for the NAFTA market: Project coordination of a pilot-project for Chrysler/Jeep, USA.

Sept. 1999 – Nov. 2002 Founder, Managing director and shareholder of Envision Technologies  GmbH:  developing, producing and selling of Rapid Prototyping/Manufacturing systems; products Perfactory®. Leading the development of a technology platform Bioplotter® for Computer Aided Tissue Engineering (CATE) based on CAD/CAM & 3D-dispensing in cooperation with the Freiburg Materials Research Center (FMF, University Freiburg).
Dec. 2002 – Feb. 2007 Founder, Managing director and minority shareholder of Envisiontec GmbH:  developing, producing and selling of Rapid Prototyping/Manufacturing systems for creative branches and high-end applications. Main branches: jewellery industry, hearing-aid and dental industry; products: Perfactory®, Perfactory®-Desktop, Vanquish, Bioplotter®.
